Hi Mom and Dad!
Did you know I love to dance and spin? Moving to music makes me feel so happy! Dr. Montessori said dancing is a fun way for me to learn rhythm and coordination.
Let me tell you how I use dancing and spinning to grow:

Dancing: Grooving to the Beat
When you play music, I just can’t help but wiggle and groove! Dancing helps my body stay strong and teaches me how to move with rhythm.
You can make dancing even more fun by:
- Dancing with me to my favorite songs.
- Showing me simple moves, like clapping or twirling.
- Letting me shake maracas or tambourines to the beat.

Spinning Around: Whee!
I love to spin in circles until I’m dizzy and giggly. Spinning teaches me balance and how my body moves in space.
Make spinning safe and fun by:
- Holding my hands while we spin together.
- Letting me twirl on soft surfaces like a mat or carpet.
- Laughing with me when I stumble—it’s all part of learning!

Dancing and spinning make every day feel like a party!
Thank you for holding my hands and spinning with me until we both giggle. When I twirl around on the carpet, your laughs make me feel so happy and brave. Even when I stumble, you always smile and encourage me to try again. Spinning with you is my favorite kind of fun!
Love, Your Little Spinner 🌪️
